We Are Wellness is set in a beautiful building, with welcoming staff and professional and attentive practitioners. I had a deep tissue massage with Mal. There was a consultation to begin with to check my needs and preferences. This felt thorough and caring. The massage was excellent, I really felt like my body had received what it needed! Mal shared aftercare info with me and suggested supplements and exercises to further help muscle relaxation. I would definitely recommend the centre in general, and Mal for massages. Mal is pure magic! It’s difficult to put into words how amazing my treatment was. It’s difficult to find someone who really knows what they are doing and who understands the body so well, but Mal is definitely that person. She is very professional and so welcoming! I had a phenomenal pregnancy massage with Mal and can’t recommend her enough. It’s really hard finding someone experienced enough to apply a deep massage to someone pregnant. I left properly worked over and limber. The pre and post care were also really impressive.

I had a deep tissue massage with Malinie in the lead up to my marathon, and it was exactly what I needed. The space is so calming. Malinie made me feel very comfortable throughout, taking the time to check in and tailor the treatment to what my body needed. The massage itself was effective and relaxing and after my body felt so much better. I’d definitely recommend Malinie, especially if you’re looking for some relief from tight muscles and a genuinely relaxing experience.
